CT77 Terms and Conditions — Must be read before use

1. Introduction & Definitions

• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• The email address and phone number used during registration must belong to the user themselves.

CT77 may request KYC verification at any time after registration. Identity must be verified using a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply strictly to all deposits and withdrawals on CT77. CT77 is committed to ensuring transparency in all payment processes.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Large withdrawals (BDT 50,000 or more) may require additional identity verification.
• If your balance has not been credited within 30 minutes of making a deposit, please contact support.
• Deposits are non-refundable once accepted.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

CT77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, exclusively for newly registered members.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• CT77 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus at its discretion.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.

5. Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

The following rules apply to all users when placing bets on CT77.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If technically impossible odds are displayed due to a system error, CT77 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets placed during a technical issue in a live match will be reviewed.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• CT77 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for any user.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, CT77's server logs will serve as the final and conclusive evidence.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CT77 platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play or place bets.
• Attempting to hack or interfere with the game system or odds engine.
• Accessing or using another person's account.
• Opening an account or submitting KYC documents using false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Defrauding or colluding with other users to manipulate games.
• Impersonating a CT77 employee or representative.

7. Privacy & Data Protection
